This site is a tribute to Mollie Cannings, who was born in Morley on January 27, 1930. She is much loved and will always be remembered.

Mollie was a fiercely determined lady, with a wicked sense of humour, (honed after years of working as a barmaid in the Stump Cross Pub, Morley). She was a life long fundraiser, holding many annual garden parties at her home in Tingley.

Mollie leaves behind her husband - Geoff, brother - Brian, son - Brian and his wife Bev, grandchildren - Amy & Alex, and 4 semi feral cats. Mollie had many dear friends, and made new ones wherever she went. She will be missed dearly by all.

Mollie would do anything to help anyone, but famously didnt suffer fools glady! No doubt there will be many stories shared on this page, so please feel free to share your stories and happy memories.
